Eagle Lake is a town in Aroostook County, Maine, United States. The town is located on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake, which is the headwaters of the Fish River. The town has a total area of 41.9 square miles, of which 36.6 square miles is land and 5.3 square miles is water.
The population of Eagle Lake was 444 according to the 2010 census. The main economic activity in the town is forestry, with some farming and tourism. The town is also home to the Maine School of Science and Mathematics, a public residential high school for gifted students.
